Please note that all our classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum capacity of 12 participants. To ensure you have all the equipment you need for the class, we kindly request that you arrive early, as classes begin promptly at their scheduled times.

Morning Classes

Start your day on the right foot with our energizing morning sessions, held from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday, taught by Coach Kristen. These classes are thoughtfully designed to awaken your body and mind, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Whether you’re an early riser or want to establish a consistent morning routine, our morning classes are the perfect choice.

Evening Classes

For those with busy daytime schedules, we offer evening workouts from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday, taught by Coach Freddy. These classes provide an excellent opportunity to release the stress of the day and recharge your energy levels. Join us after work to stay committed to your fitness goals without disrupting your daytime commitments.
